When it’s time to replace your fuel injection pump and injectors, a remanufactured product from Engine Power Source is your best solution. EPS offers an exchange program that will reduce your equipment downtime. We have over 300 injection pumps on the shelf ready for shipment the same day.

All remanufactured injection pumps and injectors are remanufactured in-house by fully trained technicians. Each piece is disassembled, cleaned, and inspected to determine if it meets the manufacturer’s specifications. Parts not meeting specs are replaced.

Pumps are then placed on a Hartridge test stand and calibrated against the manufacturer’s “test plan” for a specific pump. Our stand has the latest modifications that measure pump output to 1/10^th of a cc. Finally each pump is immersed in a diesel bath and pressurized to insure there are no external leaks.

All injectors receive a new nozzle and are then tested on a Hartridge pop-test stand to ensure that proper opening pressure is correct and “back leakage” is within the manufacturer’s specs.

To receive the correct EPS exchange pump or injector, simply note the information on your injection pump. A data plate is attached to the pump, or the information is cast in the pump body. (Please see the section on pump identification.)
